  • unbaked 9-inch pie shell

  • 1/2  cup
    sugar

  • 1  cup
    light corn syrup (must be light)

  • 2  cups
    salted macadamia nuts, roughly chopped

  • 4  tablespoons
    butter, melted

  • 2  teaspoons
    vanilla

  • 1/4  teaspoon
    rum extract

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Artfully crimp the edges of a 9-inch pie shell. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and corn syrup. Stir in macadamia nuts, butter, vanilla, and rum extract.
3.
Pour into prepared pie shell and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until set. Cool and chill before serving. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.

Serving Suggestions
Serve with a dollop of freshly whipped cream and fresh berries.
