  • 1/4  cup  light mayonnaise or salad dressingOn Sale
  • 3  tablespoons  fat-free dairy sour creamOn Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  buttermilkOn Sale
  • 1  teaspoon  Dijon-style mustardOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  Worcestershire sauceOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  crumbled blue cheese (2 oz.)On Sale
  •     Salt and ground black pepperOn Sale
  •     Celery sticks, apple slices, and/or pear slicesOn Sale

Directions

In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in blue cheese until mixture is almost smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If desired, cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Serve with celery sticks and apple and/or pear slices. Makes 6 (2 tablespoon) servings.
