    light mayonnaise or salad dressing

Directions
1.
In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in blue cheese until mixture is almost smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If desired, cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Serve with celery sticks and apple and/or pear slices. Makes 6 (2 tablespoon) servings.
