Ingredients
  • 2   teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 1/2  cups purchased sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1   medium sweet onion (such as Vidalia or Maui Maui), quartered and thinly sliced
  • 1/4  teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8  teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1  24  ounce package refrigerated mashed sweet potatoes
