Ingredients
8 cups cut up fresh melon, strawberries, seedless grapes, and peaches
1//2 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/3 cup toasted coconut
Directions
1. Place fruit in a very large bowl. Combine lime peel, lime juice, honey, and ginger; pour over fruit and toss. Top with toasted coconut just before serving. Makes 8 cups (12, 3/4-cup servings).
