  • 1 pound snap peas
  • 1/2 cup baby peas (thawed frozen or fresh)
  • 1 yellow pepper, large diced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
