Lemon Spring Peas with Yellow Peppers

1/2 cupbaby peas (thawed frozen or fresh)see savings

1yellow pepper, large dicedsee savings

2 tablespoonsunsalted buttersee savings

1/2 teaspoonsaltsee savings

1/4 teaspoonblack peppersee savings

1 tablespoonfresh lemon zestsee savings

Directions
1.
Combine snap peas, baby peas, yellow pepper, butter, salt and pepper in a large frying pan and place over medium heat to saute for about 10 minutes or until tender and hot.

Add zest, stirring to incorporate. Serve hot.
