Lemon-Orange Shakeups

Ingredients
1/2 of a lemon
1/2 of an orange*
3 tablespoons sugar
Ice cubes (about 1-1/4 cups)
Water (about 3 tablespoons)
Orange wedges or lemon slices (optional)
Directions
1. In a 16-ounce shaker, squeeze juice from the lemon and orange halves. Add sugar.
2. Add enough ice cubes to fill two-thirds full. Add water to cover ice.
3. Cover and shake. Serve in a tall glass. Garnish with orange wedges or lemon slices, if you like. Makes 1 serving.
Note
For a lemon-only shakeup, substitute 1/2 of a lemon for the orange half.
