Ingredients
  • 12  small
    new red potatoes

  • 4  tablespoons
    butter

    lemon juice

    fresh dill, chopped

  • 1/8  teaspoon
    hot pepper sauce

Directions
1.
Using a vegetable peeler, peel a strip around the center of each potato and drop into a large pot of salted boiling water. Boil potatoes until just tender to the fork, but not too soft.
2.
While potatoes are boiling, melt butter in a small pan. Add lemon juice, hot sauce and dill. Heat through.
3.
Drain the potatoes and put in a beautiful dish. Pour warm lemony dill butter over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped fresh dill.
