Lemon Couscous

Ingredients

2 cupswater or vegetable brothsee savings

1 tsp.finely shredded lemon peelsee savings

2 Tbsp.lemon juicesee savings

2 Tbsp.olive oil or buttersee savings

1 clovegarlic, mincedsee savings

1/2 tsp.saltsee savings

1/4 tsp.ground black peppersee savings

1 10-oz. pkg.couscoussee savings

Directions
1.
In a medium saucepan, bring water, lemon peel and juice, oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Bring to boiling; stir in couscous. Remove from heat; let stand for 5 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. With a fork, lightly fluff couscous. Serve with Cracked-Pepper Steak with Yogurt-Lime Sauce. Makes 4 servings.
