Lemon-Chive Cheese Dip
The perfect make ahead dip that blends fruit, herbs, and cheese. Serve it with snack crackers and fresh vegetables when entertaining.

Makes 1-1/2 cups dip
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup creme fraiche or dairy sour cream

3/4 cup finely snipped fresh chives

1 Tbsp. finely shredded lemon peel

1/4 tsp. kosher salt or sea salt

1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Lemon peel and/or fresh chives (optional)

Crackers and/or vegetable dippers
Directions

In a medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in ricotta cheese and creme fraiche just until combined. Stir in chives, shredded lemon peel, salt, and pepper. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. Sprinkle with lemon peel and/or fresh chives. Serve with crackers and/or vegetable dippers. Makes 1-1/2 cups dip (12 servings).
