  • 1/2  cup  ricotta cheeseOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  creme fraiche or dairy sour creamOn Sale
  • 3/4  cup  finely snipped fresh chivesOn Sale
  • 1  Tbsp.  finely shredded lemon peelOn Sale
  • 1/4  tsp.  kosher salt or sea saltOn Sale
  • 1/4  tsp.  freshly ground black pepperOn Sale
  •     Lemon peel and/or fresh chives (optional)On Sale
  •     Crackers and/or vegetable dippersOn Sale

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in ricotta cheese and creme fraiche just until combined. Stir in chives, shredded lemon peel, salt, and pepper. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. Sprinkle with lemon peel and/or fresh chives. Serve with crackers and/or vegetable dippers. Makes 1-1/2 cups dip (12 servings).
