Lean Pigs In A Blanket
Take advantage of reduced-fat hot dogs, cheese, and refrigerator rolls when making this all-time favorite snack. Your kids won't notice and you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you slashed the fat.

Ingredients
-
4 reduced-fat hot dogs
-
4 slices reduced-fat cheese slices
-
1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat crescent rolls
-
1 egg white, slightly beaten
Directions
1.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
2.
Cut each hot dog crosswise in half. Slit each hot dog lengthwise, almost but not all the way through, to within 1/2 inch from each end. Cut each cheese slice in half; from short side, fold each half accordion style and place in each hot dog half.
3.
Unroll and separate crescent rolls. Center prepared hot dog, cheese side up, on a roll. Place long end of crescent roll over cheese, covering completely; roll up hot dog in roll. Place hot dog, cheese side up, on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining hot dogs and rolls. Brush tops lightly with egg white.
4.
Bake in 375 degree F oven 13 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
