Krispy's Blueberries Unbuckled

Ingredients

35 to 40 Krispy Kreme Glazed Blueberry Cake Doughnut Holes

1 16-ounce package frozen blueberries, divided

4 tablespoons water

1/3 cup sugar

2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 8-ounce package softened cream cheese
-
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 8-ounce container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Directions
1.
In a 13-x-9-x-2-inch pan, arrange doughnut holes in a single layer. (Holes should fit snuggly but should not be crowded or smashed together.)

Reserve 20 to 30 blueberries for garnish.

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup blueberries, water, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add remainder of blueberries and cook for 5 minutes more, stirring frequently. Let cool.

Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add condensed milk and lemon juice; mix until combined. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Set aside.

Pour cooled blueberry mixture over doughnut holes. Spread cream cheese mixture over blueberries. Garnish with reserved blueberries. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
