Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale (washed and dried)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
1. 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. 
Chop kale into 1/2-inch pieces.
3. 
Place in a large bowl.
4. 
With hands, massage oil, lemon juice, and salt into kale.
5. 
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until dark green and crispy.
7. 
Cool and serve.
