Kona Trifle Cups
Kona, Hawaii's prized coffee, adds an extra-special touch to this irresistible coffee-accented dessert. But if you prefer, use another strong brewed coffee.

Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients

1/2 of a 3-ounce package ladyfingers (12 halves), cubed

1/4 cup strong Kona or other coffee

1/4 of an 8-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchtel), softened

1/3 cup light dairy sour cream

3 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute* equivalent to 3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 to 3 teaspoons fat-free milk

4 chocolate-covered coffee beans, coarsely crushed (optional)
Directions

Divide ladyfinger cubes among four 4- to 6-ounce dessert dishes or custard cups. Drizzle ladyfinger cubes with coffee. Set aside.

In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir in enough of the milk to make desired consistency. Spoon cream cheese mixture over ladyfinger cubes. Cover and chill for 1 hour. If desired, garnish with crushed chocolate-covered coffee beans. Makes 4 servings.
