  • 1/2  of a 3-ounce package  ladyfingers (12 halves), cubedOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  strong Kona or other coffeeOn Sale
  • 1/4  of an 8-ounce package  reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchtel), softenedOn Sale
  • 1/3  cup  light dairy sour creamOn Sale
  • 3  tablespoons  sugar or sugar substitute* equivalent to 3 tablespoons sugarOn Sale
  • 1  teaspoon  vanillaOn Sale
  • 2  to 3 teaspoons  fat-free milkOn Sale
  • 4    chocolate-covered coffee beans, coarsely crushed (optional)On Sale

Directions
1.
Divide ladyfinger cubes among four 4- to 6-ounce dessert dishes or custard cups. Drizzle ladyfinger cubes with coffee. Set aside.

In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir in enough of the milk to make desired consistency. Spoon cream cheese mixture over ladyfinger cubes. Cover and chill for 1 hour. If desired, garnish with crushed chocolate-covered coffee beans. Makes 4 servings.

Sugar Substitutes
Choose from Equal Spoonful or packets or Sweet 'N Low bulk or packets. Follow package directions to use product amount equivalent to 3 tablespoons sugar.PER SERVING WITH SUBSTITUTE: same as above, except 106 cal., 8 g carbo. Exchanges: 0.5 other carbo. Carb choices: 0.5

Make-Ahead Directions
Prepare as directed, except chill for up to 24 hours.
