Kiddie Mac 'n' Cheese
This recipe is the classic macaroni and cheese version that has been a notable favorite with kids for centuries. Parents love this main dish because it can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

1 box (16 ounces) small macaroni or shells

1 cup milk

8 ounces sliced American cheese, cut up

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Pinch salt
Directions

Heat large pot of lightly salted water to boiling. Add pasta and cook 11 minutes, according to package directions. Drain.

Add milk to pasta pot and heat over medium heat. Sprinkle in American and Cheddar cheeses and the salt and whisk until melted and smooth.
3.
Return macaroni to pot with cheese sauce and stir to combine. Serve warm.
