Recipe from Better Homes and Gardens
Here's a secret many bartenders know: Most drinks follow the basic formula of 2 parts base (spirit) with 1 part sweetener (liqueur or sugar) and 1 to 2 parts juice (lemon, lime, or orange). This lime and vodka cocktail follows that rule.
Total Time: 10 mins
2 ounceslime juice
1 ounceorange liqueur
In a cocktail shaker combine vodka, lime juice, and orange liqueur. Add ice cubes; cover and shake until very cold. Strain liquid into vodka glasses set in a bowl of ice or, if desired, into a glass filled with additional ice cubes. Garnish with lime wedge. Makes 1 serving.
