Jude's Chicken Casserole

A family favorite, passed down from generation to generation.

  • 1 6 ounce package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken made with Whole Wheat
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pound 2% Milk VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
HEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
PREPARE stuffing as directed on package. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add stuffing; mix lightly.
SPOON into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.

SPECIAL EXTRA: Add 1/2 cup chopped celery andor red peppers to the chicken mixture before baking as directed.
NOTE: Prepare using STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Turkey and substituting leftover cooked Thanksgiving turkey for the chicken.
SUBSTITUTE: Prepare using 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts.
