  • 1 English cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons tarmari
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon granular sugar substitute (sucralose)
Combine cucumber, onion, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame, and sugar substitute in a large bowl
Toss until well mixed.
