Italian Vegetables and Pasta

1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
1 medium zucchini , sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 medium onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup Campbell's® Tomato Juice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups medium tube-shaped (ziti), medium shell-shaped or corkscrew-shaped pasta (rotini), cooked and drained
Stir the pasta in the skillet and heat through, stirring occasionally.
