Using chicken sausage instead of pork sausage keeps the fat low in this pasta recipe.

2 ouncesuncooked whole-wheat pastasee savings

1/2 cupspaghetti saucesee savings

1pre-cooked Italian-style chicken sausage, sliced into roundssee savings

2garlic cloves, mincedsee savings

-
1/2 cupchopped mushroomssee savings

-
1/2 cupchopped onionssee savings

-
1/2 cupchopped zucchinisee savings

-
2 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheesesee savings

Directions
1.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
2.
Heat spaghetti sauce, sausage, garlic and vegetables for about 12 minutes, until veggies are tender.
3.
Top pasta with sauce mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
