Italian Parmesan Chicken made with All-Bran® Original cereal
Recipe from Kellogg's
1 cup All-Bran® Original
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
4 boneless, skinless, split chicken breast (about 1 lb.)
1/4 cup non-fat Italian salad dressing
Bake at 350 degrees F about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender, no longer pink and juices run clear. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
Chicken may be served with bottled spaghetti sauce.
