  • 12 
    thin slices cooked turkey breast or turkey ham

  • 1/2  cup
    flavored reduced-fat cream cheese (1/2 of an 8-ounce tub)

    green onions, trimmed, and/or 1 medium carrot, cut into thin lengthwise strips

  • dill or bread-and-butter thin, lengthwise pickle slices

  • soft breadsticks (6 to 8 inches long)

    Leaf lettuce (optional)

Directions
1.
Overlap three turkey slices so meat is the same length as the breadsticks. Spread meat with 2 tablespoons cream cheese. Place one green onion, one pickle slice, and one breadstick on edge of turkey. Roll up so meat is wrapped around breadstick. If desired, roll one or two lettuce leaves around outside of sandwich. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 4 sandwiches.

Wrap each sandwich tightly in plastic wrap. Chill up to 24 hours. Pack in insulated containers with ice packs. Makes 4 servings.
