  • 1  16-ounce package
    shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)

    fresh pineapple chunks or one 20-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained

    broccoli florets

    mayonnaise or salad dressing

    adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Directions

Rinse and drain shredded broccoli; dry thoroughly. In a bowl combine shredded broccoli, pineapple, and broccoli florets. In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, adobo sauce, and salt. Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture. Toss to coat. Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours. Toss before serving. Makes 10 side-dish servings.
