Hot-and-Sweet Pineapple Slaw

1 16-ounce packageshredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)see savings

2 cupsfresh pineapple chunks or one 20-ounce can pineapple chunks, drainedsee savings

2 cupsbroccoli floretssee savings

1/2 cupmayonnaise or salad dressingsee savings

1 to 2 tablespoonadobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers in adobo saucesee savings

1/4 teaspoonsaltsee savings

Directions

Rinse and drain shredded broccoli; dry thoroughly. In a bowl combine shredded broccoli, pineapple, and broccoli florets. In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, adobo sauce, and salt. Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture. Toss to coat. Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours. Toss before serving. Makes 10 side-dish servings.
