6 cups sesame and cheese snack sticks
2 cups corn nuts
1 cup lightly salted peanuts
1 cup shelled pistachio nuts
1/2 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
In a small saucepan combine butter, chili powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Heat and stir over low heat until butter is melted. Drizzle butter mixture over snack mixture, tossing to coat.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring twice. Spread mixture onto a large piece of foil and let cool. Store mixture in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
