Honey Sunshine Marinade

A fresh citrus marinade that is light enough for shrimp and full flavored enough for chicken, beef, and pork.

Ingredients

3/4 cupsoy saucesee savings

1/4 cuporange juice, freshly squeezedsee savings

2 tablespoonsorange zestsee savings

Directions
1.
In a large bowl place all ingredients and whisk until emulsified or place all ingredients in a blender and mix until emulsified.
2.
Pour over desired protein, cover and refrigerate. Barbeque, bake, or broil your meat as desired.
Marinating Times
Shrimp or scallops (1/2 hour), chicken (6 hours), beef and pork (24 hours).
