    shredded red and/or green cabbage (about 1 head)

    pea pods, halved crosswise

    lemon juice

Directions
1.
In a large bowl stir together cabbage, carrots, pea pods, and onion. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine mustard, oil, lemon juice, honey, and garlic.

Cover and shake well; pour over the cabbage mixture. Toss lightly to coat. Cover; chill for 2 to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Before serving, stir slaw and sprinkle with nuts. Makes 8 servings.
