Honey-Mustard Dressed Greens

A sweet-and-tangy dressing tops salad greens in this simple side-dish salad. If you like, add fruit to the mix.

1-1/4 cups dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cupsalad oilsee savings

1/4 cuphoneysee savings

3 tablespoonswhite wine vinegarsee savings

3 tablespoonsred wine vinegarsee savings

-
2 tablespoonsfinely chopped onionsee savings

-
1 teaspoonDijon-style mustardsee savings

-
1 teaspoonpoppy seedsee savings

-
1/4 teaspoonsaltsee savings

-
Desired salad greens and/or fruitsee savings

Directions
1.
In a screw-top jar, combine oil, honey, white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, onion, mustard, poppy seed, and salt. Cover and shake well.
2.
Serve the salad dressing with your choice of greens and/or fruit. You can cover and store the dressing in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Just before serving, shake well and drizzle over the salad. Makes about 1-1/4 cups dressing.
