    white wine vinegar

    finely chopped onion

    Dijon-style mustard

    Desired salad greens and/or fruit

Directions
1.
In a screw-top jar, combine oil, honey, white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, onion, mustard, poppy seed, and salt. Cover and shake well.
2.
Serve the salad dressing with your choice of greens and/or fruit. You can cover and store the dressing in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Just before serving, shake well and drizzle over the salad. Makes about 1-1/4 cups dressing.
