    Mascarpone Topping:

    mascarpone cheese

    honey

    grated lime zest

    heavy cream

Directions
1.
Fruit Mixture: In large bowl, whisk together honey, lime zest and lime juice. Halve strawberries, quartering large berries. Add strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries to honey mixture. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Mascarpone Topping: In medium bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese, honey and lime zest just until blended. With electric mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff, moist peaks form. Stir some whipped cream into mascarpone to lighten; fold in remaining cream. Refrigerate until serving.

To serve: Spoon about 1 cup fruit into dessert dishes; top with about 1/4 cup mascarpone mixture. Garnish with lime zest, if desired.
