Honey Berry Frozen Yogurt Sundaes
From: Midwest LivingToasted almonds or coconut top off this frozen dessert. Drizzle your favorite honey on top and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients
1 quart low-fat or fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream
Fresh raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and/or blueberries
Toasted almonds and/or toasted coconut*
Honey, such as wildflower, orange blossom or clover
Small fresh mint leaves
Directions
1. Divide yogurt or ice cream among 6 serving dishes. Top each serving with fresh berries, toasted almonds and/or toasted coconut. Drizzle with honey. Garnish with mint leaves. Makes 6 servings.

To toast almonds and/or coconut, spread in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until nuts and/or coconut are lightly golden brown, stirring once or twice. Cool completely.
