Homemade Tortilla Chips and Guacamole
Crunchy salty tortilla chips and creamy guacamole are impressive when they're freshly made at home.

Ingredients

20 corn tortillas, quartered

oil for frying
-
salt
-
1 package guacamole (both packets)

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped red onion
Directions
1.
Heat frying oil to 350 degrees F.

Drop tortilla quarters into hot oil and cook while turning with a large metal spider until edges start to brown. Drain on wire racks and season with salt while hot.
3.
For guacamole, empty packets into medium bowl. Add tomatoes and onion, and toss to combine.
4.
Serve guacamole with fresh chips.
