Holiday Cranberry Salad

Sweet fresh orange and apple chunks accent the tart flavor of the cranberries to create this classic holiday side dish.

Ingredients
-
3/4 cuporange, fresh, with rind, 3/4-inch dicedsee savings

-
1 cupfuji apple, fresh, with peel, 1/2-inch dicedsee savings

-
3 cupswhole cranberries, freshsee savings

-
1/2 cupcelery, fresh, finely choppedsee savings

-
1/2 cupsugarsee savings

-
1 cupwhole berry jellied cranberry saucesee savings

-
1/2 cuppecan piecessee savings

Directions
1.
Process orange in Cuisanart for 30 seconds.
2.
Combine all other ingredients (except pecan pieces) with orange in Cuisinart and pulse 8 to 10 times or until ingredients are coarsley chopped.
3.
Stir pecan pieces into mixture.
4.
Cover and chill.
