Ingredients
  • Idaho or russet potatoes

  • 1/4 cup
    sour cream

  • 1 1-ounce packet
    Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix

  • 4 ounces
    shredded cheddar cheese
    see savings
    On Sale
  • green onions, white and green parts, sliced
    see savings
    On Sale
  • 2 strips
    bacon, cooked crisp, and crumbled
    see savings

Directions
1.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2.
Pierce each potato a few times with a fork and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the oven and set aside to cool.
3.
Once cool enough to handle, scoop out the potatoes and reserve the skins.
4.
In a bowl, mix the potato meats, sour cream, and seasoning mix until well blended.
5.
Refill the potato skins with the sour cream mixture and top each potato with some of the cheese.
6.
Return the potatoes to the oven and bake for another 7 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the potatoes are heated through.
7.
Serve garnished with the bacon and green onions.
