Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup
    butter, softened

  • 3/4 cup
    (3-ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup
    sour cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon
    dried thyme

  • 1/4 teaspoon
    dried rosemary
    see savings
    On Sale
  • 1/4 teaspoon
    dried parsley

  • 2 cups
    self-rising flour

  • 2 tablespoons
    grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and dried herbs. Gradually stir in flour until blended.
3.
Spoon dough by tablespoons into greased mini-muffin pans. Sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.
4.
Bake for 20 minutes.
