  • 3/4  cup  (3-ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheeseOn Sale
  • 1  cup  sour creamOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  dried thymeOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  dried rosemaryOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  dried parsleyOn Sale
  • 2  cups  self-rising flourOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  grated Parmesan cheeseOn Sale

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a mixing bowl, combine butter, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and dried herbs. Gradually stir in flour until blended.

Spoon dough by tablespoons into greased mini-muffin pans. Sprinkle evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes.
