    ripe heirloom tomatoes, thick sliced and cut into wedges

Directions
1.
Arrange tomatoes on a large platter.
2.
Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
3.
Crumble Feta cheese over the top. Serve immediately.
