1 Cupfrozen broccoli florets, slightly thawedsee savings

1 Cupfrozen cauliflower florets, slightly thawedsee savings

1/2 Cupfrozen baby carrots, slightly thawedsee savings

8large eggssee savings

1 Cupheavy creamsee savings

1/2 Cupwatersee savings

1 Teaspoondry mustardsee savings

1/2 Teaspoonsaltsee savings

1/4 Teaspoonpeppersee savings

6 Ounce-weightsshredded Cheddar cheesesee savings

Directions
1.
Remove sausage from casing and brown in a large nonstick skillet. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
2.
Spray a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Steam broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots 5 minutes; drain and combine sausage and bread cubes. Arrange in an even layer in prepared dish. Mix eggs, cream, water, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over vegetable and bread mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 4 hours or up to overnight.

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake strata 40-50 minutes, or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
