Ingredients

1 6-ounce packageSmithfield Grilled Pork Stripssee savings

2 tablespoonsvegetable oilsee savings

4medium potatoes, slicedsee savings

1large yellow onion, halved and thinly slicedsee savings

Salt, to tastesee savings

Ground black pepper, to tastesee savings

1 10.75-ounce cancondensed cream of mushroom soupsee savings

-
1 8-ounce cartonsour creamsee savings

-
1/2 cupmilksee savings

-
2 cupscheddar cheese, shreddedsee savings

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange sliced potatoes and onion evenly in baking dish. Top with Smithfield Grilled Pork Strips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2.
Stir together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk in medium bowl. Stir in 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Spoon soup mixture evenly over potatoes and onion in baking dish. Cover with foil.
3.
Place baking dish on baking sheet. Bake about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese. Bake about 10 minutes more or until cheese melts.
