You don't have to go to Hawaii to appreciate this dip. Filled with Smithfield ham it makes a filling tailgating favorite.

  • 1 cup
    Smithfield ham, cooked and finely chopped

  • 1 cup
    crushed pineapple, drained

  • 2 8-ounce blocks
    cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1 cup
    macadamia nuts, toasted, reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish

  • 1/2 teaspoon
    season salt

    Crackers for dipping

Directions
1.
In a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer, mix together cream cheese, crushed pineapple, and seasoned salt until fully incorporated. Fold ham and macadamia nuts into mixture.
2.
Chill and top with reserved macadamia nuts before serving.
