Harvest Salad

What makes this salad unique and delicious is the dressing...it's made by combining Italian salad dressing mix with oil, vinegar, honey and a secret ingredient...tomato soup.

Ingredients

2 pkg.(about 7 ounces each) mixed salad greens (about 8 cups)see savings

-
2 cupscut-up fresh vegetables (red onions, cucumbers and carrots)see savings

-
1 can(10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or Healthy Request®)see savings

-
1/4 cupvegetable oilsee savings

-
1/4 cupred wine vinegarsee savings

-
1 tbsp.honey or sugarsee savings

-
1 pkg.(0.7 ounces) Italian salad dressing mixsee savings

-
2 cupsyour favorite Pepperidge Farm® croutonssee savings

-
1/4 cupshelled pumpkin or sunflower seedssee savings

Directions
1.
Place the salad greens and vegetables into a large bowl.
2.
Beat the soup, oil, vinegar, honey and salad dressing mix in a small bowl with a fork or whisk. Pour 3/4 cup soup mixture over the salad mixture and toss to coat.
3.
Arrange the salad on a serving platter. Top with the croutons and pumpkin seeds. Serve the salad with the remaining soup mixture.
