3kiwifruits, peeled and choppedsee savings

1small tomato, choppedsee savings

1 tablespoonfresh lemon or lime juicesee savings

2-1/2 cupsTyson® Grilled & Ready® Refrigerated Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips, cut into bite-size piecessee savings

6taco shellssee savings

1 cupshredded romaine or iceberg lettucesee savings

1/2 cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese or Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno pepperssee savings
Directions
1.
In a small bowl combine kiwi, tomato, and lemon juice; set aside.
2.
Prepare Grilled & Ready® Southwestern Chicken Strips according to package directions. Prepare taco shells according to package directions.
3.
Arrange chicken pieces in taco shells. Top with romaine and cheese. Sprinkle with reserved kiwi mixture.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with black beans and Spanish rice.
