2 cupsSmithfield Ham, dicedsee savings

1 6-ounce packagelong grain and wild rice mixsee savings

1/4 cupplus 2 tablespoons butter, melted and dividedsee savings

1 8-ounce packagesliced mushroomssee savings

1/2 cupchopped green onionssee savings

-
1 cupfresh or frozen green peassee savings

1 10-ounce containerrefrigerated alfredo saucesee savings

-
1/2 cupsour creamsee savings

-
3/4 cupcrushed round butter crackerssee savings

1/2 cupcoarsely crushed canned French-fried onionssee savings

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook rice according to package directions.

Cook mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter in a large skillet over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in green onion; saute 1 minute. Stir in rice, ham, peas, Alfredo sauce, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into a shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
4.
Mix crackers, French-fried onions, and remaining 2 tablespoons butter; sprinkle over casserole. Cover and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake until bubbly, about 20 additional minutes.
