    all-purpose flour

    pepper

  • 1/8 teaspoon
    nutmeg

  • 1 cup
    low-fat cottage cheese

  • 1 cup
    shredded Swiss cheese

  • 1 cup
    finely chopped ham (about 4 oz.)

    shredded carrots

    sliced green onions

Directions
1.
Sprinkle KEEBLER CLUB MULTI-GRAIN crackers on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate generously coated with cooking spray. Set aside.
2.
In medium bowl whisk togther eggs, flour, pepper and nutmeg until smooth. Stir in cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, ham, carrots and green onions. Carefully pour into prepared pie plate.
3.
Bake at 350 degrees F about 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes.
