Ham and Pickle Wrap

This fast wrap actually improves after a short time in the refrigerator. The flavors blend and the tortilla softens as it sits.

Ingredients
  • 1  7 - 8  inch whole wheat or plain flour tortilla
  • 1   tablespoon bottled ranch salad dressing
  • 2   thin slices cooked ham (about 1-1/2 ounces)
  • 1 - 2   thin lengthwise slices bread and butter pickle

Directions
1. 
Spread salad dressing over tortilla. Top with ham and pickle. Roll up. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and chill for up to 6 hours. If desired, cut wrap into halves or thirds and secure with toothpicks. Makes 1 wrap.
