Ham and Peas Macaroni 'n' Cheese
This creamy mac 'n' cheese main dish is brimming with chunks of deli ham and wagon wheel pasta. Your kids will like love it!

Ingredients

8 ounces large wagon wheel pasta or elbow macaroni

2 cups frozen peas or cut green beans

3/4 cup milk

2 6-1/2-ounces containers or 4, 4-ounces containers light semi-soft cheese with garlic and herb

12 ounces cooked ham or cooked chicken, cut into chunks

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

In Dutch oven or large pot cook pasta according to package directions. Stir in peas last minute (or stir in green beans last 3 minutes). Drain pasta mixture; return to pot. Add milk, soft cheese, ham, and cheddar cheese. Cook and stir until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
