  • 4    tostada shells or flour tortillasOn Sale
  • 1-1/2  cups  shredded lettuceOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppersOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  plain low-fat yogurtOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  sliced green onionsOn Sale

Directions

In a medium skillet combine ham, corn, and salsa. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, place each tostada shell on a serving plate. Top each with shredded lettuce, ham mixture, and cheese. Garnish with yogurt and green onions. Makes 4 servings.

Microwave directions
In a 1-quart casserole combine ham, corn, and salsa. Micro-cook, covered, on 100-percent power (high) for 5 to 8 minutes or until heated through. Assemble as directed above.
