Ham and Asparagus Bows
This five-ingredient one-dish meal can be ready in 20 minutes. The smooth sauce, based on soft-style cream cheese, is quick to make.

Ingredients
-
4 cups farfalle (bow ties), rotelle (corkscrews), or other small pasta
-
1 10-ounce package frozen cut asparagus or broccoli
-
8 ounces cooked ham slices, cut into thin strips
-
1 8-ounce container soft-style cream cheese with chives and onion
-
1/3 cup milk
Directions
1.
Cook pasta according to package directions, except add the frozen asparagus or broccoli the last 5 minutes and the ham the last minute of the cooking time. Drain and return to the pan.
2.
Stir cream cheese into milk in a 2-cup measure; add to the pasta mixture in the pan. Stir gently over medium heat until the mixture is heated through. Makes 4 servings.
