Ham and Apple Pancakes

These hearty pancakes already have ham in them, so there is no need to cook up anything additional on the side.

1 canapple pie filling (21 ounces)see savings

2 cupsBisquick® Original baking mixsee savings

1 cupmilksee savings

2eggssee savings

3/4 cupdiced fully cooked hamsee savings

1/2 cupshredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)see savings

1medium green onion, sliced (2 tablespoons), if desiredsee savings

Cinnamon, if desiredsee savings

Directions
1.
Heat pie filling until hot; keep warm.

Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375 degrees . Grease griddle with margarine if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater in large bowl until smooth. Fold in ham, cheese and onion.
3.
Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve with warm pie filling; sprinkle with cinnamon.
