    apple pie filling (21 ounces)

    Bisquick® Original baking mix

    milk

    diced fully cooked ham

    shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

    medium green onion, sliced (2 tablespoons), if desired

Directions
1.
Heat pie filling until hot; keep warm.
2.
Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375 degrees . Grease griddle with margarine if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater in large bowl until smooth. Fold in ham, cheese and onion.
3.
Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve with warm pie filling; sprinkle with cinnamon.
