This five-ingredient recipe is one of the easiest fish casseroles you'll ever find. The cheesy shrimp sauce is made with canned soup and takes just minutes to prepare.

Ingredients
  • 1 can  (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of shrimp soupOn Sale
  • 1-1/2 pounds  haddock, cod or tilapiaOn Sale
  • 1 cup  crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 24)On Sale
  • 1 cup  (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheeseOn Sale
  • 1/4 cup  milkOn Sale

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat bottom of 8 x 11-inch baking dish or 4 ramekins (2 cup capacity) with just enough soup to cover.

Place fish on top and pour remaining soup over fish. Sprinkle crushed crackers over fish; top evenly with cheese. Pour milk on top.

Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour or 35 minutes for ramekins. Let cool slightly before serving.
