  • 2    ripe avocados (about 6 ounces each)On Sale
  • 3  tablespoons  chopped fresh cilantroOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  minced red onionOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  chopped Roma tomatoOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  fresh lime juice; more to tasteOn Sale
  •     Kosher saltOn Sale

Directions
1.
Halve and pit the avocados; scoop out their flesh into a large bowl. With a fork, mash the flesh into a coarse paste. Stir in the cilantro, onion, tomato, and lime juice. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add more lime juice or salt to taste and serve with the taco recipe of your choice.
