  • 4    boneless, skinless chicken breast filets (about 1 pound total)On Sale
  •     Salt and black pepper, to tasteOn Sale
  • 4    Ciabatta rolls, sliced horizontally, buttered and toastedOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  Chipotle mayonnaise, recipe belowOn Sale
  • 4    green leaf lettuce leavesOn Sale
  • 8  slices  bacon, cooked crispOn Sale
  • 1  cup  GuacamoleOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  Cojita Mexican cheese, crumbledOn Sale
  •     To prepare Chipotle Mayonnaise:On Sale
  • 1/4  cup  mayonnaiseOn Sale
  • 1/2  teaspoon  peppers in adobo, pureedOn Sale

Directions
1.
Preheat grill.
2.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and grill over medium for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
3.
Spread chipotle mayonnaise on bottom half of each roll and top with lettuce, chicken breast, bacon, guacamole and crumbled cheese.
4.
Close each sandwich with top half of roll and serve.
