    La Choy® Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce-Marinade
  • 1/2  cup 
    sliced onion
    PAM® Grilling Spray
  • 1   teaspoon 
    seasoned salt
  • 1/2  teaspoon 
    coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1  8  ounce package 
    sliced fresh button mushrooms
  • 4   
    boneless beef top sirloin steaks
Spray the grate of your outdoor grill and utensils with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat according to the manufacturer's directions.
Spray a large skillet with grilling spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and onion, then cook for 8 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in the stir fry sauce and set aside.
Sprinkle the steaks with seasoned salt and pepper. Grill them for 10 minutes or until medium done (160 degrees F), turning over after 5 minutes.
Transfer the steaks to serving plates. Spoon the mushroom mixture evenly over the steaks.
