Ingredients
  • 1  jar
    (16 ounces) Pace® Salsa Verde

  • pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)

Directions
1.
Pour 1 cup salsa into a shallow, nonmetallic dish or a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight, turning the pork over a few times during marinating.

Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the pork for 10 minutes or until desired doneness, turning it over once halfway through grilling and basting often with the marinade.
3.
Remove the pork from the grill and let it stand for 10 minutes. Discard the remaining marinade. Serve the pork with the remaining salsa.
